  • Teachers of Birtu:  Please get her assignments to Mrs. Econom by noon.  Thank you.
  • If you are a student interested in lifeguarding this summer, a few more are needed.  Please call Heather @ 366-3841 or Tracey @ 380-0927 by Monday, April 15.   
  • Today & Wednesday this week I will need the following students during 7th period and CST for rehearsals with our pianist. Morgan, Birtu, Mese, Austin, Jessica & Jaimie.  On Friday I will have the following kids shortly after lunch for the rest of the day for festival. Morgan, Austin, Jaimie, Birtu, Mese, Keonna, Callie, Salena, Dylan, Dakota, Emory, Harlan, Parker, Arik, Kyle, Jessica, Kein, Maddie & Noah. 
  • FFA banquet is being postponed from April 16 to April 25.  Please turn in tyour award & officer applications.
  • FFA meeting on Thurs. during CST.
  • Jr. High basketball tournament begins Thursday, April 11th beginning at 2 p.m. and Saturday, April 13th beginning at 10 a.m.  No Friday games so we can avoid conflicts with District Music Festival. Stanford will host the JH girls tourney and Geyser will be hosting the JH boys tourney.
  • All staff meeting tomorrow @ 3:30 p.m. in the library for those interested in taking the MUST insurance plan next school year. 
  • Juniors & seniors:  On Thurs., May 9 CMMC will be hosting high school juniors & seniors who are interested in the medical field.  Contact Mrs. Grubb for more information.  Applications are due by April 12.   You can find these in the office.

  • The following juniors will be gone all day today for prom set up for the Prom on Saturday; Morgan, Keonna, Jessica, Kein, Parker, Arik, Harlan. Students will check into their first period class before leaving.
  • Prom tickets need to be purchased from Mr. Hitchcock by the end of the day on Friday.
  • 8th grade meeting on Monday, April 1 during CST in the library.  Regarding 8th grade graduation.
  • The Stanford Traffic Education for Spring 2019 starts on Monday, April 15th @ 5:30 p.m. at the school. You must be 14 1/2 yrs. old by June 7th, at the least.  No one will be able to join the class if your 14th birthday was after Dec. 7th, 2018.  I will need a list with full name, birthdate, mailing address, and Email &/ Cell Phone.  I will send more info. to these parents once I have this list.  Please return by April 8thThere is a signup sheet in the office for Denton students.

  • No cotton candy sale today, because the machine doesn’t have the operator here today.  We will sell on Tuesday & Thursday of next week.
  • FYI:  Seniors will be gone this afternoon to pick up cookie dough in Fort Benton.

  • District prom is Sat., Mar. 30.  Grand March starts @ 8:00 p.m.  Denton’s photo slot is 5:00-5:30. Tickets are on sale now $15 for single, $25 for couple.  Tickets are available from Mr. Willmore.  Students are allowed to apply to bring an out of district student.  They must be a high school student or 1 year out of high school.  No younger students allowed, including 8th graders.  Denton students will be going to Lewistown the morning of Fri., Mar. 29 with Mr. Willmore to help decorate/set up for prom.  Student guest request forms for District Prom are in the office.
  • Pre-school screening will be held on Friday, April 5 from 8:30-11:00 a.m. @ the Denton School library.  To schedule any appointment, call the school @ 567-2270.
