• Parents: If your students are going to be absent, please let the office know first thing in the morning. 

• Caitlyn and Christine are gone today for FFA.

• 20/21 yearbooks are on sale! See Summer in the office to purchase - $25.

• Activity passes are available for purchase in the office.  Passes get you into home (Denton/Geyser/Stanford) games all year long.  K-12 Students - $25, Adults - $40, Family Pass - $125

• The booster club dinner is back this year.  It’s scheduled for October 16 at the town hall.  Happy hour is 5:00, dinner is 6:00 pm.  Surf and turf, 50/50, raffle prizes, and live auction like it was in the past.  Tickets did go up to $60 per person.  Contact a booster club member if you’re interested in purchasing tickets again this year.  Thanks for your support.

• FFA will no longer be able to collect recycling.

• The after school learning program will start on Monday.  Mr. Cauffman will be leading the program on Monday's and Mr. Hitchcock on Wednesday's.  Any student is welcome to attend.  Teachers will be providing help with homework and test preparation as well as providing various learning activities through the use of technology.  For more information see Mr. Sparks, Mr. Cauffman, or Mr. Hitchcock.

• 4H meeting October 10th @ 2 PM

• Pack the Place Pink! Silent Auction proceeds to Pack the Pick Foundation. October 7, 2021 Geyser Gym Volleyball vs WGR. 3:30/4:30/6:00/7:30

• The Denton grades 4, 5, and 6 will make a donation of over $1,000 to the Denton Ambulance Fund!  My thanks to my hardworking students, their parents, and our community, staff and Denton school students for  all of their support with this fundraiser!   You are all most generous and remarkable!!!     Mrs. Poser
